My question for you is the following: I submitted a claim for code D2752 which is crown- porcelain fused to nobel metal. The submission was sent with an x-ray of the tooth (#29) and an explanation on why a crown was the best treatment. The insurance company is telling me the code is wrong and that I need to resubmit with code D2792 Crown- full cast nobel metal. Why do I hae to submit for a full cast when a porcelain crown was done? Have the codes changed? How do I resubmit this? Thank you for your prompt attention. « Previous 1 … 39 40 41 42 43 … 53 Next » Ask a Question
